About Us
Prior to beginning her own agency, Maryellen Lazzaro was the art director for a major NYC-based hospital. She was, among other things, responsible for establishing, implementing and overseeing the hospital’s brand across various platforms and deliverables.
Her deep expertise in health care has been seamlessly applied to help other nonprofits meet their communication needs. Clients include extended-care facilities, foundations, universities and mission-based organizations, as well as medical practices and for-profit businesses.
Along with her collaborators in all fields of communication (writers, photographers, illustrators, web developers and others), Lazzaro Designs has earned decades’ long relationships with many of our clients, as well as awards for our work.
