Lazzaro Designs is pleased to announce that the summer issue of Keeping Brooklyn Healthy, The Brooklyn Hospital Center’s biannual community newsletter, has been published. In this issue, articles included the advantages of robotic surgery, the hospital’s neighborhood partnerships including being the official healthcare provider for the Brooklyn Academy of Music, a patient testimonial from a community pillar, and much more.
As part of our marketing agreement with The Brooklyn Hospital Center (TBHC), Lazzaro Designs has been tasked with creating a number of posters for the hospital’s internal use. One of our favorites was this playful poster for the Dental Department. Other posters include announcements of upcoming events (AIDS Walk, Nurses Week events, Scholars Day, and Take Your Son and Daughter to Work Day). Our TBHC agreement only began last month, and already we have produced about a dozen posters. Beyond the quick production of time-sensitive materials, we also sharpened a consistent look for the posters and ensured that the hospital’s brand guidelines are being accurately followed.
We are pleased to announce that Lazzaro Designs will be helping The Brooklyn Hospital Center (TBHC) with ongoing marketing efforts in a new agreement that puts us on a retainer. This was determined to be a cost-effective way to use our freelance support for a multitude of projects, both big and small.
Lazzaro Designs designed a series of street banners for The Brooklyn Hospital Center. Each banner measures 3 ft x 8 ft. The various banners are on display around the hospital and in nearby Fort Greene Park.
The vertical banners’ design complements the horizontal banner Maryellen created, which is installed by the hospital’s emergency entrance.
Tip: When considering an outdoor banner, have the banner vendor provide your designer with the specs detailing where the wind slits and grommets will be located and how much space to leave for the horizontal pole sleeves.
